Cooksta is a Smartphone app in Dave the Diver. It allows the player to increase the number of customers (and thereby potential revenue) with each rank, as well as general upgrades for Bancho Sushi. In order to reach Gold Rank and above, it is required to create one dish of a minimum "taste" rating. For example, Gold requires 125 Best Taste, meaning you must cook one dish of at least that level of tastiness. Often, dishes must be enhanced to reach this level. Cooksta also functions as a social media platform that is frequently updated with posts and images related to events and the player's achievements throughout the game. Additionally, when a new recipe is sold to a customer in a majority of instances, a post related to that dish will also be posted.

Ecowatcher

MECHANIC
GameplayMechanic

Ecowatcher is an app in Dave the Diver. After doing the first 2 sub missions that Ellie gives, she'll then admit it was for missions in this app, whereby collecting points rewards you with special items. You'll then gain access to this app to do them yourself and get rewards. Note a lot of the ecological missions build on each other. For example, you can't get access to Research Fossils 2 until Research Fossils 1 is done. Also, depending on the pace you're going at in the main mission, you may at one point run out of further missions for a time in Ecowatcher until you open up the next area. For missions that require you to gather items (like starfish) you can turn in individual components once you have the amount required. For example, if you have all 5 Red Starfish for Research Starfish 1, you can go ahead and turn them in even if you don't have enough Orange Starfish yet to complete

Escape Pod

MECHANIC
GameplayMechanic

The Escape Pod is a feature in Dave the Diver. It allows for Dave to quickly escape from the Blue Hole. It can be used as an emergency exit in case if Dave's oxygen level is too low for manually diving back up to the surface. It can be activated by holding . It should be noted that if an aggressive fish attacks while trying to call the escape pod, this will cancel out the call, so one will either need to kill the attacking fish to call it or get to a pod with a few seconds to spare before the fish catches up. Later in the game, at greater depths, Escape Pods are the primary exits from the Blue Hole. ==Official description

FishMon is an app in Dave the Diver. Unlike other apps, which are unlocked after particular missions or reaching a particular chapter, this one is based on other factors, such as number of photos taken. As such, some may have this unlock while still in Chapter 3, while others may not get it until near the end of the game. That said, after a certain point, Udo will reach out with a new work assignment he has and needs Dave's help with: to capture novel fish, but alive. The assignments will come in on the weekends and need to be completed by Sunday evening in time for the Monday publication. He'll also give you the Fish Tracker, which will notify you as you get close to target fish but also lets you view all the fish you've caught and their ranks while underwater. ==FishMon
