After Bancho accepts the Bartender's challenge, Dave will have the task of securing a new ingredient: buckwheat. For this, simply head over to Otto at his farm to talk to him about it. Conveniently, he got some seeds so will give you three to start with. He'll also start selling the seeds as part of his normal shop. Make sure you plant them for Bartender's Favorite Meal!.
