Appearances

The first appearance of Yoshie is on the sub mission Not Enough Workers, where she arrives to the Bancho Sushi after hearing about it on the Cooksta app, wondering if it's her old worker who disappeared after being fired due to the incident at the Dugong Hotel. Yoshie still thinks it a mistake Bancho tried to serve a Whole-Roasted Shark Head but Bancho is adamant it is a fine dish with deep cultural history. Yoshie stops Bancho's rant and requests him to make it for her so she can judge for herself and then she will disclose the reason she arrived. After getting a taste of the dish, Yoshie is completely in love with it. Revealing she came in to help Bancho as a recruiter, hiring new workers for his restaurant. Yoshie sends out a simple flyer ad which is answered the next evening by Kyoko, who is hired as the first staff member as a server. The next morning after, Yoshi calls Dave and gives him a Management App for his smartphone so he can check the situation of the restaurant. After Dave meets the rest of the Sea People, Dave decides to return to the sushi bar only to find it empty. Yoshie drops by, asks Dave for a glass of beer and begins to recall the incident revolving Bancho's past 12 years ago and their encounter with actress and food critic Lois Crawford. Believing that it was because of Dave that Bancho was able to soften up a little despite his eccentricities and entrusts Dave to look after Bancho and making sure that the restaurant becomes a success. Yoshie is among those who joined the rest of the main cast at the game's ending, congratulating Dave in his efforts and shares a toast with everybody. She is last seen looking at Maki testing a dish she made herself to Bancho, as she smiles, seeing at the young girl's potential to become a great chef.
