Overview
This article is about the wandering merchant. For the similarly named character introduced with the DREDGE DLC, see Travelling Merchant Jango is a character in Dave the Diver. Jango will show up sometime after Sammy joins Otto at the farm with mysterious pepper seeds that were given to him while on his travels. Despite the warm weather around the Blue Hole however, Jango is very cold-natured and will end up giving the sub mission, Spicy Pepper Seeds!, in the hopes someone can re-create a friend's dish that helped warm him up, Hot Pepper Tuna. After successfully completing his mission, he is unlocked as a merchant. However, he only shows up at the restaurant on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays during the afternoon.
Wares
Jango will sell a number of both regular ingredients (both farmable and dispatch types) and also sells a few unique items. It is not indicated which Secret Recipe the player will receive until after it is purchased, though they will not receive duplicate recipes. Also keep in mind that content related to the Dave & Friends Update will not appear in his wares until the player has completed the related missions for them.
